Good care makes it last
Keep your leather and ropes supple and looking their best for years.
Leather
After use, wipe leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Apply a neutral leather balm when needed and leave it to air-dry.
- Protect from excessive moisture and direct heat
- Do not dry on a radiator or in strong sunlight
- Store flat or hanging, without sharp folds
Good leather darkens slightly over time. This is normal and part of the material's character.
Ropes
Shake off loose dirt and, when needed, hand-wash the rope in lukewarm water with mild soap. Gently squeeze out the water and lay it flat to dry.
- No machine washing or fabric softener
- Avoid prolonged direct sunlight
- Coil loosely and store in a dry place
