Shipping

Your order is dispatched through our fulfilment provider in Germany. Available delivery methods and costs for your destination are shown at checkout before payment.

Customs clearance for regular deliveries to Switzerland is handled internally through Hive and MeinEinkauf. You are not charged additional customs duties. If you need your order by a specific date, contact us before purchasing.

Items that need to be made again require additional production time. We will inform you of any delay.

Standard shipping is free to Germany from EUR 90, to the other EU countries we serve from EUR 120, and to Switzerland from CHF 150 in merchandise value. The applicable threshold is calculated after all discounts and excludes shipping. Below the threshold, your destination's shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout before payment.

Payment

You can pay securely through Shopify Payments. Payments are encrypted.

Depending on your market, available methods may include credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment methods.
